A pair of ladies dark grey leather glacé gloves, with full pique stitching, made in England in the 1950/1960's, for day wear.

Fine lightweight leather, unlined, 5 B.L., made by Boulton's, a long established leading west country glove maker. Boulton Brothers developed and patented the Boulton thumb, now universally used for many quality leather gloves.

Donated by Liveryman Douglas Sweet in March 2010.
